GatewayWorker在Windows中的启动问提，请老师们给个指点

配置好之后，启动提示错误！proc_get_status()expects parameter 1 to be resource,null given file 路径。报错1365以及1393位置处。
1365处代码：

我用Linux可以正常开启，但是换成Windows之后就报错，请问是什么问题，本人小白一个，求助一下，看看有没有遇见过的。
