docker部署的环境中执行php webman.phar 提示内存溢出，但上传源码执行没问题

docker部署的环境中执行php webman.phar 提示内存溢出，但上传源码执行没问题，memory_limit已设置是2048M，这个是为啥，我配做错误了吗？
